The idea for the magazine began about 3 years ago after once again looking at an event in the paper that my husband and I would have liked to have gone to had we heard about it before time. Both my husband and I work a lot so we don't always read the paper. I thought that it would be nice to have one publication that listed all of the local events with an attached website that would be updated weekly. I decided not to put the magazine in the mail so that I could keep the cost down and keep the publication Free. Let me know what you think.

The magazine that came before this one was called Richland County Magazine. That magazine no longer exists. The new magazine covers a 3 county area. I do believe that is as far out as I want to go. Now I will focus on developing the content of the magazine to make it more interesting to everyone. If you have any ideas on what you would like to see please let me know.

I am making this magazine to share the knowledge of what is going on (events wise) with everyone who lives or visits the area. I have made some mistakes along the way but I do believe I am learning to build a better magazine. Mansfield and the surrounding area are my hometown and I truly believe that this is the best place to live. We are close to everything, but far enough away to make this area a major destination for travelers. We have an unbelievable amount of attractions and events locally that you just cannot find anywhere else.
